Updated Terms and Conditions as of 12/12/2024
These terms and conditions of sale are entered into by and between Les Apollons, a company based in Paris and registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 890 269 335 00034 (hereinafter referred to as "Les Apollons") and managing the website Les Apollons at www.lesapollons.com, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.lesapollons.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer").
Article 1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between Les Apollons and the Buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made via the website www.lesapollons.com. Purchasing a product from this website implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale by the Buyer, who acknowledges having read them prior to placing an order.
Before any transaction, the Buyer declares that the purchase of products from the website www.lesapollons.com is unrelated to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use. The Buyer also confirms having full legal capacity to engage under these terms and conditions.
Les Apollons reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time to comply with new regulations or improve the website’s usability. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the order date.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those listed on the website www.lesapollons.com, subject to availability. Les Apollons reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is described on the website, including its main technical features (dimensions, color, etc.). The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.
The sale of products listed on www.lesapollons.com is intended for Buyers residing in Europe.
Article 3. Prices
The prices displayed on the product pages of the online catalog are in Euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), considering the VAT rate applicable on the order date. Any VAT rate changes may be reflected in the product prices.
Les Apollons reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price listed in the catalog on the order date will be the only price applicable to the Buyer.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are charged in addition, depending on the total order amount. In the European Union, shipping is free for orders of €80 or more (TTC). For orders below €80, a flat shipping fee of €4.90 TTC applies, except for certain excluded products. Shipping fees are always displayed before finalizing the order.
Article 4. Ordering and Payment
Creating an account is optional for placing an order. The account creation section is accessible directly from the top menu or during the order process. Each time the Buyer visits the site, they must log in to place orders or view their account (order status, profile, etc.).
Les Apollons provides three payment options: credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Steps for ordering:
- The Buyer selects the desired products in the “cart,” modifies quantities or references if needed, and verifies the delivery address or enters a new one.
- Shipping fees are calculated and presented to the Buyer.
- The Buyer chooses the preferred payment method: “Credit Card Payment,” “PayPal,” or “SEPA Transfer.”
- The Buyer reviews all information, acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box, and confirms the order by clicking “Confirm My Order.”
Payment by credit card or PayPal:
The Buyer is redirected to the secure Stripe or PayPal interface to securely enter their payment details. Upon successful payment, the order is recorded, and the contract is finalized.
Payment by bank transfer:
If the Buyer selects bank transfer, account details for the beneficiary are displayed. Order processing begins upon receipt of the transfer.
Confirmation of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All provided data and recorded confirmations serve as proof of the transaction. If the Buyer has provided an email address, Les Apollons will send an order confirmation to that address.
To contact Les Apollons, the Buyer can email info@lesapollons.com.
Article 5. Retention of Ownership
Les Apollons retains full ownership of sold products until payment is received in full, including principal, fees, and taxes.
Article 6. Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 working days from the delivery date to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product for an exchange or refund without penalty, excluding return shipping costs.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided on the order form and must be within the agreed geographical area. Deliveries are primarily handled in France via La Poste using the COLISSIMO service, which includes tracking and delivery without signature.
Delivery times are indicative. If delivery exceeds 30 days from the order date, the sales contract may be canceled, and the Buyer refunded. Les Apollons will provide tracking information by email.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting the product and packaging upon delivery. In case of damage, claims must be made to the carrier within three days.
