Un coté de l affiche était froissée et l emballage etait intact donc c est quand ont a enrouler l affiche que l on a abimé

Nous apportons beaucoup de soin à la préparation de chaque commande, et il est possible en effet qu’un défaut ait pu survenir lors de la manipulation de l’affiche avant son expédition. Ces cas sont très rares mais peuvent survenir. Nous vous présentons toutes nos excuses pour ce désagrément.

I ordered two photos that said they would arrive by December 8. I have yet to receive either of them and tracking just says they are still in transit. When will I receive my order?

After checking, your order has indeed been delivered according to the tracking information, although with some delay. Unfortunately, your parcel was held by U.S. customs for an unusually long period due to the high volume of shipments during the holiday season. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
This is a very rare situation, and the vast majority of our parcels reach our customers within the expected delivery timeframe.
